Our Labor Law department specializes in representing, accompanying and providing legal advice to local government, commercial corporations and third-sector organizations.

We provide comprehensive legal services in labor law, from formulating the entity’s employment policy through crisis and dispute management and up to representation in labor courts.

We specialize in all collective labor law areas, including: collective labor negotiations, formulating collective labor and complex employment agreements, accompanying employers in administrative procedures before the Ministry of Economy and managing labor disputes, crises and strikes. 

We accompany our clients in various processes, including labor law aspects in mergers and acquisitions, privatization, cutbacks, reorganization processes and more. Furthermore, we provide legal advice in all matters relating to workers and agreements with external contractors, such as: placement companies, personnel companies and additional service providers.

We represent our clients in administrative proceedings with government agencies and enforcement authorities and of course in labor court, in arbitration and mediation procedures and also in class action suits – one of our firm’s significant areas of expertise.

Our clients in this area include large commercial corporations, among them construction companies, pharma companies, computerization and communication companies, local government and public entities, municipal corporations, community centers and NGOs.
