Suit withdrawn after an opposing suit was filed

Our firm represented the Kiryat Ekron Local Council in a suit filed against it for the amount of more than NIS 3.5 million, demanding compensation with respect to loss of profits, since the local council did not realize its award of a tender for placing advertising signs. After we submitted a statement of defence, and also filed a counter-claim, the parties reached agreements to withdraw the suit.
