Class action suit for the amount of NIS 66 million was withdrawn

A class action suit for the amount of NIS 66.4 million, was filed against Pango claiming that, allegedly, the company subscribers were under-credited in reimbursement for use of the “personal reminder service”. The suit claimed that the company overcharged its subscribers with respect to use of the “personal reminder service”, and as such the company should have credited each of its subscribers that used the abovementioned service. After we submitted a response to the suit a request was filed to withdraw he suit and it was withdrawn.
