Agreed opting out and dismissal of a class action suit

A class action suit for the amount of NIS 3 million filed against pango, claiming that it allegedly charged illegal parking fees from drivers that used the “fast parking lot’ service. After our firm submitted its response the claimant submitted a request for agreed withdrawal of the suit and it was withdrawn.
