Class action suit dismissed and claimant required to pay court expenses

Our firm successfully represented Pango in a class action suit filed against it, claiming that it illegally charged a parking fee. After submitting the response to the request to approve the class action suit, and after the claimant read the document, he submitted a request to withdraw the class suit, which as accepted by the court while ordering the claimant to pay for court expenses.
