Class action suit for the amount of NIS 62 million that was dismissed by the court

The suit for the amount of NIS 62 million was filed against Pango and Ahuzat HaHof. The suit claimed that Pango charged maximum parking fees from subscribers that parked their car in blue-white marked parking and/or in parking lots dispersed in municipal parking lots, and this although these subscribers were entitled to a resident discount. We argued that Pango in fact received the fee charging information from Ahuzat HaHof company and therefore bore no responsibility for the amount charged. The court accepted our position in the matter and dismissed the suit filed against Pango.
