Dismissal of a class action suit for the amount of NIS 111 million

A class action suit for the amount of about NIS 111 million was filed against Pango, one of our clients, claiming that the company charges parking fees for the parking service in blue-white marked parking. After one court session, in which the court accepted our arguments, the claimant had to file a request to withdraw the suit and it was dismissed.
