Precedent: prevent the closing of single bank branches

In the framework of a second legal procedure in which we represented the Kiryat Ekron Local Council against Bank Hapoalim, we caused the bank to relinquish its decision to close the only bank branch in the city which led to a precedent-setting court decision preventing the closing of single bank branches in localities, in order to ensure proper service to weakened populations.
