Rejection of class action suit against Bnei Brak municipality

Our firm represented the Bnei Brak municipality in a class action suit for the amount of NIS 7 million, which claimed that the municipality issued parking tickets illegally to drivers that parked in its jurisdiction. The court accepted the claim put forth by our firm and dismissed the suit completely and in limine.
